The process of selecting and securing the best tenant for your rental property. This includes advertising, showing,  validating employment, references and credit as well as approving a qualified tenancy.

KEAN utilizes  multiple avenues to attract prospective tenants including listing on our own high traffic website keangroup.ca, social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+, as well as free and paid classified websites Craigslist and Kijiji to advertise your property. We also  list on rental apps like Padmapper, Rentfaster, Viewit. We work with you to set an advertising budget from $0 in which case we will only use free advertising to whatever you’re comfortable with. 

KEAN takes a full application on each and every tenant that we place in our clients properties. With this application the tenant signs authorization to perform credit and reference checks. This information gives us a history of financial responsibility, confirms previous addresses as well as giving us work history and income verifications.
